I think I actually heard about Johan Bakayoko since Arne knows him from the Eredivisie league. :lol: and especially if Salah is leaving, he would be a decent replacement and if developed well, he can become very good. :D

But Salah and VvD leaving would be a huge loss for Liverpool.

Not sure if Liverpool will be on the top 3 this season but it's good to see they still have it, not a bad game at all, I was hoping for Diaz to score :thumbsup:

Being less direct *some of the time* and building possession so it's not just an open, exhausting back-and-forth is exactly the tactical shift we have needed.

It will take time and we need a defensive midfielder and CB to come in, but this squad should be getting top 4 + trophy.

What do you think of Liverpool Signing Chiesa? I think he will be a good player for them (The Season is LONG) and especially now that there WILL be more games to be played due to the new Champions League Format.

I think Chiesa is a player who is difficult to assess. Unfortunately, he is quite prone to injury. But if he is fit and finds his way, he can be an asset to any team... even as backup

Top player and predominantly plays on the right, so an ideal Salah backup.

Any of the downside risks are mitigated by the low fee IMO.
