Prime Vidic or Rio, who could organize and command the defence would make it work, but now there's simply no presence at the back. Mind u tho, the situation with midfield is even worse for them imo. U can invest as much as u like into your attackers, but u gotta retain the ball and get it to them first to get the results. And there's not a single guy in the midfield who can do that now. I can't understand why is Mata out of favor. He's pretty much the only one in the current Utd team capable of spraying the balls all over the place. If Arsenal weren't so terribad at finishing, the game would have been over after the first half today.
hes shying away from the ball constantly, hides from the game, hes been terribad every time i watched him, imo a really bad buy.
