Our attack is ready for the next 10 years, so I really hope we don't sign any offensive players. Fernandinho is a rock in the midfield and is so underrated, I think if we get rid of all our players out on loan(minus Hart) + Zabaleta, Sagna, Kolarov(or move him to midfield), Fernando, Clichy, Delph, Navas Otamendi Caballero(unless he renews) Yaya(unless he renews) + Nacho on loan And sign 6 defenders and 2 cms we'd be fine

Too bad that isn't the way football works. The top teams need to have players in their prime to be the best. And a lot can happen with the players in a short time, could be sold, injured, or just turn out bad.
