FFs I couldn't breath. What a suffocating match, reminded me of Atletico vs Liverpool @ Wanda. What a player, Rhys. Some mistakes when he was nervous, but that pass for the Salah opener, beautiful. Pretty good defending (bare those small mistakes), looks like we got a gem, and today has shown its true colors.

We were very fluid in possession today, Henderson, Curtis and Fabinho in particular were really good.

Mane is trying so hard but things just aren't coming off for him. He needs a goal in the league badly, we're relying way too much on Salah for goals this season.

I still don't fully understand how we were poor against Fulham 3 days ago yet played this well today, we do always seem to bring it against the better teams.

Rhys made a few mistakes, mainly holding a high line for the goal and a couple where he went in for headers, didn't get the contact and a spurs player got in behind, but he was really composed on the ball and he's 19.

Yes, and tbf, this was his premier debut, however he set up a pretty good standard. He needs to play with vvd to learn more and more.

Wouldn't mind Klopp giving Phillips a run out next to Fabinho against Palace on Saturday though. He was MOTM against West Ham and one of the best players in the draw against Brighton, which was an overall shit performance. Don't feel like Phillips deserves to be benched by Rhys against some of the lesser opposition, but I imagine Klopp will start Rhys again as he's got more pace which is useful against counterattacking teams.

I think Phillips is arguably the better one in defense, but risk seems to have a better pace as you said, he can do the vvd role as in calmly waiting for the right option and going in. Palace being that park the bus team, i guess would be better to have pace over defense. But who knows, maybe Klopp decides to rest Williams. I love Nat as well, I don't think we need a CB in january.

Fantastic goals today and a very good performance. So glad Minamino got his first PL goal, Mane ended his goal drought and Bobby got some more goals

Bobby is looking so much sharper than earlier in the season when I was really worried about his performances, such good timing when Jota is injured
