the underrated part is that psg is ownd by al-thani. he holds shares of volkswagen in the billion range and plenty of other german companies (hochtief, siemens, deutsche bank, porsche). they are the biggest arabic investor in germany. similar thing with the sheik of city, makes business with vw as well.
tho yeah, essentially they are business partner from vw. as i said the decision will be made in the board of executive directors. in the end they are probably gonna tell allofs what to do
