Also, I don't know where you are from but here in Switzerland there is something called the "law". If in real life you assault someone for accidentally scratching your car - who do you think gets punished? Now this might be all over your head or maybe you just don't want to admit it because you are too committed to your position but there is really no reasonable way to explain or justify such behavior. ;)
