I don't have a problem accepting their defeat cuz again- i couldn't care less about Spurs performance in general. Having said that, i understand one simple thing. When teams have 3 games in space of 8 days, there's one thing coaches tend to do- prioritize. Doesn't take a genius to work out where Spurs priorities are. I din't see how i should be explaining this to anyone who's even remotely interested in football.

also, we both know you made it sound like they didn't care at all. i think you have a pretty good idea of what an excuse is and what not. but yeah, you "don't care" about spurs so you wouldn't make excuses (for the league), riiiight...

I'm not making it anything. I was merely saying that even a half retard can easily see what is more important to Spurs team. Mind u, ur brain would still need to be capable of a bit more than endless spamming of PENALDO

Ok, lemme put it in very simple wording. Not once have i said that Spurs didn't want to win or that they didn't care or w/e. I haven't claimed that they would beat Fiorentina with their full team either. The only thing i was pointing out is that Spurs chose this game as the one where they'd rest almost half of their starters. Again, reasons for that are pretty obvious and drawing any kind of conclusions about them being shit etc are plain stupid and worthless.

that's why i didn't say "you said" but rather "you made it sound like" - and we both know you did.
and my point still remains - the other teams have the same amount of matches and fiorentina also rested players like babacar and rodriguez, missing players like rossi, diamanti and valero. and they are also in a close fight for place 4 in their league so you can draw your conclusions from that...
