Why are there 14 votes for other? who genuinely thinks a team that's not already represented on the list will win the WC? Belgium? Uruguay?

They have a slight chance, but they only really have ~ 3 world class players. I just don't see how 16.67% voted for 'others' when those others are mostly divided into Belgium and Uruguay. Must be people like that Chilean City fan voting Chile and ZK9T voting Mexico, Grahambo voting for USA etc I guess...

Edit: by contrast, Spain, Netherlands and France combined have roughly 13% of the votes. Throw in Italy and it stands at about 18-19% of the votes.
