Bayern, Dortmund, Leipzig, Cologne, Hoffenheim, even Hertha... Take any of those teams in their current form and they'd easily claim spots among the Top 5 of current PL. Bayern and Dortmund would probably walk the league entirely, even while in a small crisis like now.
In Bundesliga there are like 6-10 teams that will punish a lack of concentration on Bayern's or Dortmund's side, regardless of differences in individual quality.
Premier League doesn't even have that amount of teams playing actual proper & modern football... Sunderland, West Ham, Palace, West Brom, Burnley, Southampton, Hull are all teams that wouldct be able to even stay in Bundesliga for more than their first year before being relegated.
