Interest=/= bidding, suarez was the only one that was snubbed for us. Gustavo didn't choose himself, it was the fee that Wolfsburg paid ( arsenal only wanted to pay 14m), a bid was never made for Higuain. Cabaye got rejected since it was a low 10m bid to unsettle Cabaye.

Regardless, all the names Arsenal have been linked with have either stayed at their current club or went elsewhere. There is no denying that up to this point the transfer window for arsenal has been a forgettable one. Sure spurs lost out on Willian, but we have still done good business this window
