When will I see you at the Emirates with your Belgian buddies?

We were at the west brom game and the emirates cup
There are always a few that go to every match, unfortunatly thats not in my budget

For the major clubs, it can be a pain in the ass to go to a top, top game.

You go by the car and stay 1 hour in traffic going and 1 coming back. If you watch it at home you drink by that time 3-4 bottles of beer already. Same story in a pub.

You go by the metro and you interact with society`s lowest and get a shitty mood that takes your mind completely off the game.

Plus it can cost a lot, good tickets at barca costed me ~ 4-500 euros, cl semifinal.

It's actually 2 hours to go from central belgium to the coast, then around an hour to go to calais, half an hour with the train and then its close to 2 hours to get to london.

i mean if you live in the same city you still waste a good couple of hours.

To go from bucharest to barcelona just for a game is painfully inconvenient, although i did that too. To stay in a trip just 2-3 days for a match is a waste of time, regardless of how much you support the club.

True, the day of the west brom game I did it in one day, got back at around 3 am and had an exam the next day

damn, must have been awful to watch
i just remember that from the news, it was all over here in Poland as he was important part of our national team back then

It was weird because the whole stadium was quiet for so long, the result of the game didn't mather at all anymore

still having exams at like 25? I just get a train takes 20 mins then 20 mins back. walk to train station takes 5 mins

But still faster than your imaginary trip back when you were Barcelona fan.
