EA will add them on fifa 15 so people have a reason to buy it ^^

The legends cards sound so underwhelming, apparently you'll be able to use them only in special tournaments and they're linked only to themselves ie there's no Gary Neville Man United card, so you either have to link it to English players or other legends.
