Pulled huth, 3 squad fitness cards I'm done with this game

When should I buy Sanchez? I've noticed IFs are cheaper right as they're released since the price isn't established yet. But with toty forwards coming out there will be plenty of them.

after the forwards there will be 1 or 2 days where u can pull all TOTY players. at those days, the prices are insane low.
