Are you saying that from the perspective of someone who has worked abroad in several different countries, or what exactly? It's not always easy to adapt to a different country... especially if the guy has family, as a father and husband he probably needs his wife and kids to be happy as well, so that's more people that need to successfully adapt, and the issue might not really be Conte himself. I don't know what the problem is, but I can understand it, some people just aren't fit for certain places. I know his departure would be disappointing for you guys, but still...
If I were you I'd just keep calm for now. From what I've read nothing is confirmed and it could just be typical media rumours.
About Simeone, I think he will leave when his contract runs out in 2018 (unless something big happens at the end of the season, like finishing outside the top 4, or he wins the CL and wants to leave on a high note, etc... but I think he will stay one more year). He said he wants to manage Inter someday, and he'd be happy to be closer to his son who plays for Genoa, but that doesn't necessarily mean he is going to go there very soon.
Even though I think he'd be a great fit, I don't think he'd go to Chelsea. He has talked on several occasions about how difficult it is for him to be away from his kids in Argentina and Italy, and that he misses spending time with them. So I don't see how moving to a country like England, where he can't even speak the local language, will make him feel any better.
Yeah I doubt he will come to England. Italy I could see him going to for sure
