If I remember correctly, everyone that said Costa was going to be a flop just assumed he would injured, which we were wrong for this last season, but I'm sure injuries will catch up to the 63 year old.

Jovetic on loan to Inter with a mandatory buy clause of £10.5 million plus bonuses, shame I thought he would be a great success here.

He was quite amazing. If you don't consider a top 5 striker world class, then idk..

Disagree on gotze.. imo his best position is behind the striker and guardiola began with him has false 9, then put him on the wing where he hasn't the needed skills ribery and robben have.
Gotze can be blamed, but guardiola too
Did he ever play as winger for dortmund? I believe not, mostly as 10, and if I remember well there was a time where he played as 6 because other player were injuried.
