Doesn't matter how good u are, this game is always about pace. Even the best of the best go for it.

Not true actually. I watch some Twitch channels on a regular base and 4 of 5 don't use those pace whores. And they still keep winning Div 1. FifaRalle f.e.

My 2nd team doesn have pacers as well. My 1st team only remy and this just because he is french and I need the chem link. Would love to use someone else.

If u pit together 2 players of the same or even similar ability - 9/10 the one with more pace is gonna win it. And it goes for players of any level. There's no avoiding that. I'm not saying i like it, but it's just the way this game is made. U can counter pretty much everything on this game if u know what u are doing, but there's no countering pace if u have a slower team. Again, i 'm talking about 2 guys with the same ability. Not the case when one player is clearly superior to another and simply outplays the opponent. Pace is always a difference maker if 2 guys are 50/50 in terms of Fifa skill.. Check all those Fifa tournaments for money. Everyone is going for Real Madrid. And it's obvious why.

I still say it depends on your play style. If both play kick'n'rush lob balls, you might be right. But I play possesion f.e. with 65%+ each game and I don't care if my opponent has pacers. He just won't get the ball to pace around.

again, it depends who u play against. as i said, when u are clearly superior, it makes no difference, cuz u just dominate the opponent. but when u play someone, who's as good as u, or even better, pace is what gives u the advantage, or at least a chance. i hate it, but it has been like that in all the fifa games. there's a difference in playing someone, who just keeps spamming lob balls, and someone who is able to play a proper build up game,can keep the ball and is able to play the killer lob/through pass.
