Ok, but then Italy's got 2nd strongest league and they're ahead of EPL. Surely 5+6 is more than 3+1 isn't it? Besides, this year Napoli dumped City, and AC did the same to Arsenal. And Inter just recently won the CL. That's surely trhe case then- Seria A > EPL.
