We've improved a lot over the last few years but they got 100 points last season with the same squad. Luck didn't go our way today but it did when Mahrez missed his pen at Anfield, these things happen. We didn't bottle it today.

Yep. Got him on a free from Chelsea, barely played for us and sold for £19m. FSG have been incredible owners over the last 4 years, they sell players for good money AND aren't afraid to splash the cash when necessary.

Clyne also to Bournemouth on loan until the end of the season. I thought he was good against United and the few times he came on as a sub, I guess Klopp thinks Trent, Milner and Gomez have the position covered. Gomez is an incredible right back but he's a world class centre back, so I would have preferred to keep Clyne.
