Since June 2014, Chelsea have made £230m selling players who made 58 combined league starts for the club in the 12 months before being sold.

Wow lol, so good at selling players ;p

I know they have a salary cap, it's really holding them back.

And China is bad because they never invested into football. They invest in tack and field and the main olympic sports. The population advantage will kick in eventually, but without money it's impossible. Look at India, they don't invest any money in sport and they are absolutely crap in the Olympics dispite having the second largest population. They only dominate cricket, and that's because pretty much no other serious country cares about it.
