It looks like Fernandez his job is on the line, after drawing against Oostende, I think his time at Gent will unfortunatly be over by the end of the weekend Zark

Shame really, really like him as a manager and as a person, but if he doesn't get the results he will unfortunatly be booted
damn

Our manager, Oltra, is also in a very delicate situation after only one win in five games, being knocked out in the Copa's first round, and apparently some issues with some players that he didn't want in the first place but are in the club because our president Serra Ferrer extended their contracts. I'd hope it all works out andd he doesn't get sacked; sure, he's somewhat responsable about the situation, but the main problem is the president and I thnk that with a bit of patience things might work out. If we don't win tomorrow he will probabaly be sacked... wouldn't mind Víctor Fernández taking over if it happened though... but I'd want both managers to keep their current jobs and get their teams to perform.
Mallorca will be playing home against Mirandés. Mirandés promoted to Segunda for their very first time in 2012. They promoted with hardly any budget after a incredibly succesful season where they also reached the Copa's semifinals after ko'ing 3 teams from Primera. They struggled to avoid relegation last season (nobody really expected them to avoid i, so it was actually a geat season for them). This year they started really wel with 9 out of 9 points, but they only got one point in their next two games... which is still grat for them, because in the end their squad is one of the worst in Segunda. Mallorca needs to win, and the rival is much weaker... not getting the 3 points would be unacceptable.
