overated teams atm. russia, portugal, sweden, belguim, austria.

underated: both northern and republic of ireland, wales, iceland, romania and if anyone forgot about them italy.

teams playing to there level: croatia, slovakia, england, france.

believe switzerland will struggle to break romania down.
