He did, don't listen to wat Dro94 says.

The only thing the club has to say is the amount of money Wenger is allowed to spend, for the rest Wenger and his assistants deal with the transfers.

He definatly deserves it because he had the biggest breaktrough, Koscielny would be my second choice tho.
Flamini has definatly been a great transfer for us (wenger magic again) but he wouldn't be an option for player of the season imo

BBC confirms that Wenger has passed on the option to buy Cesc back as for now.
Curious to see where he ends up, still doubt he'll go to chelsea, if he does I will wear a sig by choice don't worry boys.

During a Q&A with Gazidis, he said Wenger is looking for "bigger things" than Cesc, so we're in for a threath if he means it.
