on the first hand if Bale stays, good for you, since you will have premier league's best player and a player that can single-handedly win games if he wants.

on the other hand if you sell him for this price, you can get 3-4 players in the soldado class of transfers, this is a bit more tricky though since it would need terrific scouting but no one is irreplaceable if you ask me.
