Name a player who fucking CANT freekick: ronaldo

Seriously he has no talent to freekick

He always shoots over the goal or in the wall, always with his gay steps before the execution. He sould read the book of jorghinhio like pirlo did. Or better he should let other players execute it.

But hes the godly best player of the last 20 years so no one can take a freekick even if hes crap at this.

If he realy would be the best of the 20 last year, he would

1. let a better freekicker take it or
2. He would be a better freekicker

Rule no.1 in freekick is to bring it on the goal, seriously i hate his freekicks

Ronaldo was amazing at United, at real all he knows how to do is score tap ins. He was so much better at United tho.

Take a look at the keepers he scored those freekick against though... most of them were guys like Almunia, Green or James.... or even worse, championship keepers in Cup games.

I believe it's not so much that he has become a worse free kick taker, but rather that he stopped facing awful keepers, which the prem was infamous for 10 years ago.

No he got much much worse. Literally his free kicks either hit the wall or go over 20 yards.
At United he was much better at moves+free kicks. No denying that

after this first round of games i feel like spain and italy had the strongest performances so far. i'm curious to see what france can do with some of the pressure off their shoulders now and if our boys can stabilise defensively with hummels returning. also looking forwart to croatia's next game, will be fun...

you're being too harsh imo. portugal was the dominant team and unlucky not to score a second goal. i'm happy for iceland, it's a great achievement given how tiny that nation is but let's not pretend they really deserved this point...

i agree with the draw being lucky for iceland, its just that portugal is so damn annoying

i was most impressed with croatia to be honest
and for germany....hummels returning is nice, but that wont solve our problems on the full back positions ^^
mustafi had a good game and could easily start another with no worries

I have to disagree with that, Ronaldo's free kicks have definitely deteriorated over time but I think the main difference is people highlight the stunners he hit with Manchester United and ignore the ones he missed there as well
Now with Real he arguably takes more free kicks, he still scores at a decent percentage but he is barely a top 10 free kicker anymore

In my humble opinion
Besides, expecting Ronaldo to win it with a free kick in the 93rd minute is quite absurd. Him putting that header right at the keeper is more conversation worthy
