Looking back at the tournament now that it's over, it has been pretty good one. Yes, there were a few boring games like Argentina-Uruguay or Peru-Colombia, but overall the games were intense and excting. Much, much better than the boring 2011 edition.
The surprise of the tournament imo has been Peru. They played some really nice football throughout most of the tournament, and finishing 3rd surpasses all their expectations.
Colombia on the other hand was the biggest dissapointment imo. A side from their win over Brazil, they've performed well below their potential. Pekerman should leave... imo the cafeteros had the second strongest squad in the tournament and Pekerman held them back this time.
i agree, colombias line ups were horrible
so much potential wasted
