We don't have personnel to play 4231, not with Young whose only redeeming feature is winning pelanties and Valencia who's useless both defensively and offensively, as wide midfielders.

central midfield is a bigger problem for me
fellaini and carrick were totally outclassed and helpless
well ok fellaini needs some games to adept

complete defence sucked as well

evra and ferdinand were good .... 10 years ago! , rafael is just lolz , while vidic can be solid when he wants. but one man defense is like barca last year with pique and montoya in center ( or bartra or any other crappy footballer they got in the second team that the coach thinks he is good) for an ez 0-4 vs bayern.
