United has some mediocre players like Smalling Welbeck and so on... ferdinand and vidic doesnt work anymore... evra too many defensive mistakes.... perfomance was pretty bad. tatic even worst .

tactical yes, psychological no. professional players at this level have no excuse to play that poorly because they had to change 2 or 3 players around.

vidic, carrick, smalling, and rooney played well. everyone else looked like they would rather be at home.

first goal, valencia is standing there and lets his man play a free ball into the box.
second goal fellaini leaves yaya wide open on the corner kick
third goal rio stands in the middle of the box ballwatching, leaving aguero unmarked
and the fourth goal, ashley young lets his man run 70 yards with the ball and set up the goal. when earlier in the game navas was the last defender back chasing young and stopped what would have probably been a goal

brainless errors and lack of effort and passion have nothing to do with losing a player. rvp doesn't play defense or winger, and thats where all the mistakes were

this was rather shocking, defense was "blind" and letting poor goals inside the net but tbh after the absence of RvP i hoped for a better formation, e.g.

kagawa is great, welbeck isnt a midfielder, and yes valencia is just average of late

RvP is a great striker, but he won't come back to defend, the defence is what killed Manu today, wether playing RvP or not, with that form of the defense, you will always lose vs City
