Chelsea sold him literally several months AFTER Mourinho left and was already out on loan to roma at that time.
He was correct in saying salah wasn't ready at that time, that they had a bunch of wingers already, and that he was better suited out on loan or at a different club if there was a good offer.
They sent him out on loan when mou was there.
The idea that he should have predicted Salah would develop into a top scorer years later and therefore should have kept him is a laughable premise in the first place.
