If you read this thread, you would've known I like Brazil and I want them to win the confederation cup.
I'm just saying the whole situation when people are out on the street protesting during confederation cup is completely unacceptable and it needs to be sorted out even if it means Brazil give up the hosting rights to someone else like USA.

i agree martin the usa is ready to host now basically with all of the nfl/baseball stadiums etc

clearly unsafe for tourists to travel to this country. Imagine the outrage when the world cup actually hits and they finally realise that they cannot stop it, these thugs could start targeting tourists..

Largest protests in 20 years.. obviously should be given to a country that's suitable to host it and where the people actually want it

Few things...
First the picture that you posted is NOT from Brasil ( this show how media can be manipulative )
Second "clearly unsafe for tourist"... unsafe for tourist ? and the population of the country ? they are less important ?
Third ALL the protest are 99,9 % pacific the media publish ONLY the bad things and you ( in general ) take it as its the true reality. Once again showing why they can be manipulative.
Fourth DO NOT create a opinion based on a one sided information.
Edit: and for the last, read my other post and you will undertstand that its not TRUE that we don't want it and the reasons why the WC is not in palces that you consider more "suitable"

You are entitled to belive on whoever you want ... that doesn't mean that what you belive is the truth.
And because of thinking like this ( ill belive in BBC not in someone else ) without even questioning the reasosn or even stop to think about real reasons ... that is what motivate the media to be manipulative ... jstu because they can.. and people will continue trusting on them ;)

Have fun in your imaginary world
