If by good guy you mean a murderer, then yes, he's a very good guy. He should be moving to prison, not to Chelsea.

He killed a girl while drunk driving, then he paid the family 200k€ so that they softened the accusations and he wouldn't have to go to jail. So the family's lawyers demanded the lowest possible sentence, and he got a very short prison time (so short that he didn't have to spend time in prison due to having a clean record, similar to how Messi has avoided prison despite being sentenced to a year).
