Great news

He was heavily linked to Real Madrid, but I really didn't want him. He's not bad, but imo not good enough for Madrid and not the player we need anyway. I think this is a mistake on Barça's side.

The price though... 30M€ (could up to 50 if certain conditions are met), is a bit of a joke considering they were asking for 60-65M€. 60 is what Valencia spent on Negredo+Rodrigo :LOL:

If you don't get Pogba you won't get anyone better at that position.. So i don't see how thats great news.. These players will only get more expensive the next years

André Gomes isn't the same type f player as Pogba. And tbf the only reason to buy a CM is because we probably will be banned from signing anyone next summer.

They are as close as the same type of player as they can be.. So I have no idea who you have watched.. Ofc pogba is a better version

Andre Gomes is less physical than Pogba and, while he doesn't have a bad work rate, he provides much less in defense and recovers much less balls.

He's not really a CAM, but he's too offensive (or at least has his offensive abilities outshine his defensive ones too much) to be considered the same kind of player as Pogba.
