so? pep is annoying everyone with his constant shit on the sideline, barely a situation where he is satisfied.....
how about just letting the players play the game
btw its up to the guys around him to tell vidal he can turn around

bernat should just hit the ball forward in the first place btw, so tired of this 100% possession stuff

Ideally Veedahl turns and either passes the ball out wide and moves or runs with the ball till the opponents close in on him then pass & run.

He passes back to the defenders for a long clearance. He gets marked by the striker right after. He noob.

sry but no, while getting into that position, not even an amateur could possibly be so oblivious of his surroundings to not know there is no one near him at that point. unfortunately the camera doesn't show it but during his little sprint into position there is plenty of time to make sure of that.
don't get me wrong, communication is a very important part of the game but in this situation it's not his team mates' fault that vidal doesn't turn around.

that being said, an actual match is not a situation guardiola should do that constantly. this is clearly a training ground thing where he can yell in, stop the play and explain the situation and his philosophy - and if he does that, there is no need to do it on match day because his players will understand. "mistakes" will always happen, especially such small ones (no possession loss, not too much "harm" done) and the constant "input" from the sideline is more unsettling and thus detrimental for the players than helpful imo...

well, yeah i watched it again and you are right on the first point
i have seen it just once on my phone and leverkusen was at least trying to apply some pressure there (could have been in trouble theoretically)

second point nailed it and i dont know how closely you watch bayern, but he is jumping around there for the entire 90 minutes
one pass to the right, where he liked it on the left and there is some discusson going on there DURING THE GAME
even when nothing happens and lets not forget that its pep himself who lets our players make those passes 100 times each game to keep possession......

what a maniac ffs

He's the coach. Aka he's the boss aka you, the player, should learn and follow his instructions by heart. If you were smarter than he is, you would be coaching not playing. So regardless of your thoughts, past experience, personal impressions you should just nod "yes" and get it done. You're getting paid to play not to moan.

Pep is acting ridiculously, yes, but he's been there 3 years already and the team is yet to follow simple instructions. Which only means one thing, perhaps they're not as smart as he thought they would be.

if anyone would pay intention to peps comments on every scene the whole time we had nobody to follow the game

any normal coach would call a short command to vidal to fill that central position, period

Retarded argument.

Pep won in 3 years more than heynckes in 30

Jupp took over a finalist of UCL and managed to get raped by Klopp for almost two years.
