What about Vlad Chiriches from Steaua Bucharest? Heard that Spurs made an offer of 8mil € and pretty soon the transfer will be made.

Daily Mail announced that Spurs won the fight with Chelsea and M.City for defender Vlad Chiriches, they made an offer of 8mil € which will be accepted shortly. FC Steaua disputed a match for CL qualification and didnt had time to send a response yet.
He's a promising player who will definately reach to Man. United, Real or Bayern in future.

The only problem with this is we already have a promising young player in Stevn Caulker who we are going to let go to Cardiff, I'd prefer to keep the home grown and not waste 8million

Yeah i know what you mean, but Chiriches made good matches againt Ajax, Chelsea in EL and with national team aswell and i call him an experienced player that will fit perfectly in EPL. And you'll see in time that i'm right and pretty soon he will be on first team no doubt.
