Nice conspiracy theory claiming Espanyol is a subsidary club of Madrid because of their badge shape, when Espanyol adopted the shape before Madrid did...
Many spanish clubs have rounded badges with different degrees of variations: Racing, Depor, Mallorca, Alavés etc... it means nothing other than an aesthetic choice.
The crown is a common trait shared with literally dozens of clubs in the country... all the ones with "Real" in their name carry it... which are many, as it was an honor bestowed by king Alfonso XIII as a way to support the growth of sport in times when it was still a bit of fringe activity; he gave it to one club in pretty much every city.
Claiming something is anti-catalan just because it doesn't actively embrace separatist or nationalist ideals just shows how unreasonably radicalized some people have become on this issue. It's a "with us or against us" mentality that just fuels hate, intolerance and unrest. Hope you can one day understand that some people can be proud of both being catalan and by extension spanish, without one excluding the other one.
There are of course radicals on both sides of the issue, but accusing a club of being anti-catalan just because it chooses to keep politics out of their club agenda instead of actively supporting or sympathizing with a political movement, is sad.
