There are no rules on that, a mod can give warn to whoever he wants apperantly

just saying... i don't think you go from 10% to 70% just for spamming topics without a mod ever telling you "stop make retarded topics or you'll get more warn"...
not that it really matters or that we'd get an honest answer if we asked...

it's hard to escape warns when every single one of your posts is reported

not entirely true. there were times when some of the "dogs" and morrow literally reported every single one of my posts but if you refrain from namecalling and personal attacks it is possible...
but yeah, if you do it, even when it's just as response, and every post gets reported it's more likely you get punished for it... not that it matters to begin with, hehe...

Probably... the only suspension I ever got, I got it by mistake (the guy who posted above me was the one that was meant to get the suspension), and my post hadn't even been reported

I haven't had under 10% since June 2012

Looks like Heinrich is really upset I got my warning removed, disrespectful but not an entirely unexpected reaction.
