well according to some african delegate who claimed to have asked everyone what he voted. not only could they easily have lied to him - so could he now. or simply miscalculated...

not saying it's impossible or would be a huge f*cking surprise or anything, just saying the source is more than questionable and unreliable imo...

Yeah it hasn't been confirmed as of yet, but it really wouldn't surprise me at all.

Been reading that the next two WC's are close to being changed aswell
