Dortmund didn't have a single expensive flopping transfer under his watch.
His first, unexperienced season in the CL was bad, but since ~ 3 years, they don't have to fear anyone in Europe.

rodgers is certainly a good manager but what klopp has done with dortmund, the players he developed, the success he had with the team despite constantly losing his best players... i'd rate that higher tbh...
