is this correct?
Oh i see CM and AM are the same position? i didnt know...

probabaly, but they are misleading
With Isco not being there until this year, Madrid had:
Modric only came last season and he barely played due to injuries until he scored that goal in Old Trafford.
Di María and Xabi Alonso struggling with injuries all of last season.
Kaká... well...

So basicly, he was the only one in the team that could give assists. Meanwhile Barça plays with a team full of players that just pass the ball until one of them (anyone) gives the decisive pass.
Iniesta is more of a space maker and ofen gives the second to last pass (forward pass towards someone and then the ball is crossed to Messi so he can score; it's a very typical Barça move).
Not to mention that Özil shines against teams like Levante, Celta, Rayo, Zurich, Dinamo Zagreb; etc. He can gives 2-3 assists whenever he plays against those teams, but then he's rarely there when it's a big game.
I mean, don't get me wrong, he's a great player. But he's not a player that can carry a team to a trophy like Iniesta.
