By means of a script (which I will either find online or write myself if not available) I will "double" the participants in order to make it 32 (1 slot = 2 teams) and randomly order them. by means of random.org I'll then randomly assign each slot a number.
I'll do the very same (randomly order) with the teams and once again create random numbers on random.org and assign them.


hope that's random enough for all participants.

if i can make a suggest...
pls make that all players have one of the top 16 contries and one of the lowest 16...
so you can prevent, that 1 player have brasil and Spain, and the other player have Honduras and North korea^^
