To be honest Eriksen is better. Don't get me wrong, Coutinho is an AMAZING player and will be really missed at Liverpool. The problem with Coutinho is his defensive play. All our collapses has come with Coutinho in the starting 11 (example Sevilla from 3-0 to 3-3 and Arsenal from 2-0 to 2-3). The stats also prove we concede more with Phil in the team and less when he's not playing.

Obviously the defence is a bigger factor in conceding goals. I'm just saying that all the stats prove we're worse in defence when Coutinho is on the field. I've never seen Coutinho break up opposition play in the middle of the field, as for an example Firmino does 5 times in a match.
