There are only 2 ways you can have 5 CL spots and 3 EL spots:

1. This is really complicated and kind oof confusing: Neither the Cup or EL winners qualify for a european competition through their league (Utd would need to finish outside the top 6 and Liverpool outside the top 7, this way the 5th, 6th and 7th would go to EL while the 8th would go to the CL), but in any case that wouldn't affect Chelsea as Chelsea can't get top top 6.
2. The league get's a lucky extra ticket through the Fair Play draw (like West Ham last year).


If Manchester City qualifies for Champions League without winning it this season and Liverpool win Europa league and finish say 7th. United win FA Cup and say finish 6th, then there are 3 europa league spots. 5th, 6th and 8th because Liverpool go through to the Champions League as Europa League Winners.

Wouldn't that make sense?

No, like I said, the winning the EL converts one of your EL spots into a CL one, it doesn't add one.

Third season in a row our youths win the FA Cup. Combined with the 2 Champions Leagues for youth's they've won it's just amazing. A lot of those kids would've been successfully integrated in any other EPL club already, let's see if our management will ever wake up and start exploiting the uncut diamonds we have...

No need to integrate youth players when you can wash some oil money via hugely overpriced transfers instead^^

We will hopefully use some next year. We also have kennedy and Traore who are both very good youngsters although kennedy didn't come from our youth.
I really don't know why jose sold Bertrand, I liked him a lot... Also I could see Ake being helpful to us, I think he is a great player.

It's insane how many quality players we have had and sold or not utilized...
