Nah, it's the other way around. He wants to go, but the club will only sell him if they receive a good offer. They invested 30M€ in him and they want to get most, if not all, of it back.

all that hate for baines?! he's clearly one of the best lb in the league, if not THE best imo, well worth 15 mio. and i'd certainly prefer him over coentrao.
and fellaini for 25 mio. is a no brainer too. he'd be a perfect fit and a massive improvement for that squad...

Hold your horses Heinrich, no one actually hates on Baines.
He's a good player, but he's 28 with little European experience, worth £15m tops.

Schalke just announced the purchase of Kevin Prince Boateng. Would've been good at united. Idk what moyes is doing anymore, even schalke can get players.

He's failed at Spurs and hardly set the world alight at Pompey, wouldn't really want him.
