We don't need players that doesn't have the patience to work hard and prove themselves until they boost themselves to regular first team players. Lukaku was just a young talent at the time, it's pretty much the same with Pogba & United. I mean those obviously extremely talanted players showed what they're worth for but at the time we've had him there was still Drogba in here and you can't put ur best striker on the bench and rely on a youngster in the important games no matter how talented he is. By the way Lukaku haven't scored a single goal in the games he played for us, so he could easily turn not to be a top club player, i know the toffees are above us historically but even in our worst season they're still behind us... The pressure is different when you actually fight for most of the trophies and when you are a mid table team not fighting either for relegation or champ league spots. It's proven over the last decade, not that it's something i am happy of but it's proven that we find it hard to integrate youngsters to our squad rather than buy a complete players. We've had a lot of young potential players but they simply didn't flow to a class players because they havent had the chance to. I am actually mad for De Bruyne's because i've watched him with Werder and he was such a promising player even there but we didn't even gave him a chance. If someone can remember Josh McEachran(labeled the next Lampard) he was such a promising youngster, look what happened to Bertrand, he's flawless at Southampton and could've helped a lot with our current defensive situation. Now i am pretty sure Hiddink is using the likes of Loftus-Cheek and Traore because exactly that we ain't fighting for nothing anymore and he can make some experiments.Look at how fortunate United was this season only because of the stupidity of their manager, he was against the wall having no clue what to do to turn their season and simply started to use youngsters(because of his bad transfer summer, a lot of injuries and also probably to have some excuses if he fail big) and they seem to integrate very well to the first team - Rashford, Fosu-Mensah, Lingard and even McNair. Look at Liverpool's team too, especially their squad in their last game. Even look at S*ums biggest stars - Kane and Alli both academy material. Our youth teams won like everything the past 5 years(4 or 5 youth fa cups, 2 UEFA's CL for youths in a row) so i am pretty sure there is some top class material but unfortunately if we don't start developing our youth players as we should do they will probably end up in either some satellites, teams like Watford, Norwich or some Championship sides. So i given up hopes on developing our own players a long time ago which is very bad for the club since the mercenaries can win you a lot of games/trophies but they'll do it for the paycheck in the end of the month rather than their hearts and very soon we might miss fearless players like Lampard & JT, carrying the club in their heart and doing the impossible to maintain competitive and win against the odds so many times.

De bruyne was the one I didn't care much about because he wasn't doing well with us mentally and technically. Lukaku on the other hand was sold solely because of the penalty miss he did vs bayern in Prague. Stubborn mou on that one -.-

I can easily radja leaving Roma for Chelsea. Will he? Who knows.. Almost every player wants to go to the prem.
