Wait... so, Wales Premier League doesn't exist? wtf!

Is not that easy, Manuel Valls probably knows nothing about. But be honest to yourself, because you know nothing too.

Well I said under certain circumstanceS. There are 3 situations where they can play in a foreign league. I just stated the one for Monaco's case because it was the one we were discussing and I didn't want to make my post too long.

The 3 circumstances are:

1. There's no home league for the club (Monaco's case).
2. The club was already playing in a different league before their home nation established one, and were allowed to remain in their original league (Swansea, Cardiff, etc chose to stay in the english pyramid after the Welsh prem was established, and the english league allowed it).
3. The foreign club would face higher traveling costs if they played in their home league (this is mostly the case for amateur clubs that are based in towns that border two countries; they might be closer to clubs based in a foreign league and so it would be cheaper for them to play there).

None of these cases allow Barça to play in Ligue 1.

That would allow Barça to stay in LFP, so this discussion is stupid.

But you said they were going to play in France

They can only remain in Spain if the spanish league allows it, and they already said they wouldn't.

Aguerro said apparently he wants to go back to argentina after next wc, so you have him for 2 more years.

That's always been known, club is happy to let him leave, he has a contract through 2019, he will leave after that.
