obviously, but then he is not injuried since march, I don't think that it should take him so much time to get back into first team. He's had a solid pre season, yet 2nd coach in a row drops him for a goalkeeper who few months ago was a second choice goalkeeper for Sevilla, a team which is drawing now at home against polish farmer team

Misread :)

There could be various reasons he was benched that game, perhaps it was Carlo's way of showing that he is the boss, and not Iker.

I don't think that he'd bench him if he was in top form just to prove something, you don't do that to the club legend without a proper reason (unless you are Mourinho, lol)

According to Goal.com, Manchester United have submitted an improved offer of £35million for Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini.

£35m surely has to do it.

Doubt it mate, baines is easly worth 20m, and fellaini 25.

24m clause for Fellaini leaves 11m for Baines, I don't think that they'll agree

I think that Everton would sell the Belgian for a decent offer, they can replace him with the current players

Baines is 28 and no CL experience, should be £15m max.
Surprised there's no one else in for Fellaini.

They know Baines his talent tho, proven himself as possibly the best left back in the strongest league.

And everyone here in Belgium is surprised no one bid for Fellaini, very weird indeed
