no he hasnt, diego was good in budes cuz:

bundes is much more attacking league whit crapper defences, compare to serie a, toughest defence league
diego playd in werder many years with same players & same coach around, so they had nice time improving their systems

He doesn't because first, Juventus didn't give him a chance, he may not of had a particularly great season but excluding Chiellini, there isn't a player on Juventus who played amazing through the whole year. Secondly, Diego is yet to shine but he has had glimpses of what he is capable of being for Juve!
