It's not official, but I agree with what you say. I'll be happy if Barça's "big signing" is Coutinho.

Cash is nowadays not needed in football.

You can have a 400 mio budget and finish 5th (arsanal anyone?)

All you need is players. The fact that you pay 100 mio or 200 for supporters doesnt really matter.

Barca could sit easily on 500 mios and get no players. That would be stupid. Better break the bank and have the players. Dembele was expensive, but Dembele + Coutinho for neymar cash should be far more than reasonable.

Madrid should also spend. They got roughly 100 mios for morata + james + danilo and if carvajal + benzema get injured i dont see you pulling a great season.

Not that we have a gg striker in alcacer, but at least its a bench solution.
