well it certainly is a quite rude statement to make but that doesn't make it wrong, so no need for hate. 8 years without a title for a club like arsenal - that IS failure. and he said that he would be sacked if he had such an unsuccessful stint at any club...

mou is a clever man and he does everything to lift some pressure off his team, even if that means making controversial statements and being the bad boy (although i'm sure he's the kind of person who also enjoys it) - that (and his tactics) is why he's so good and so successful..
