Teams who search for "proven prem players" are teams who want to avoid relegation by banking on

Baines is the best left back in the league, better than Cole and Fellaini is extremely underrated midfielder.
Rather have them than some foreign imports who might or might not adapt to the Prem style.

hes somewhat correct there. fellaini just seem to be a poor man's yaya.

Baines has one good season or so left in him and replacing the legendary Paul scholes with fellani seems like some kind of sick joke

Mata,silva,yaya toure,Wilshere,lampard,gerrard

You think fellani fits into that group of midfielders ?

I would prefer Luke shaw, Danny rose or Kyle Walker
Over baines too
