Will the WC cards be upgraded once more?

I also cannot apply any position changes to WC players anymore.
Any other consumable works.

87-88 I think but he feels 90++ he's my favorite player I only use Benzema because he makes pogba have full chem

Yeah him and Suarez have about 200 goals ~100 assists in 110 games between the two
